Roofcleanplus is a Division of waterworks.com.au Pty. Ltd. Trading As Waterworks Professional Exteriors, a successful family business that has stood the test of time for almost three decades, serving the needs of clients based in Brisbane as well as the Gold and Sunshine Coasts.
Waterworks’ management focus on the Company’s philosophy of “do it once – do it right” expounded in their Quality Assurance Mission Statement dating back to the mid 90’s.
Managing Director, Kevin Halpin is held in high regard throughout the lndustry as evidenced by his peers electing him along with one other to represent them in negotiating a better deal with the Queensland Water Commission when things turned ugly in 2007 during the big drought.
This resulted in the creation of the External Cleaning lndustry Association (ECIA) together with an lndustry Code of Practice and, following Training Courses in Water Efficiency, a Registration system for contractors throughout South East Queensland.
The “Plus” in Roofcleanplus refers to not only the myriad aspects of external cleaning that the Company persues (and you can familiarize yourself by visiting our Articles Page or Photo Gallery on this Website) but also matters of more immediate concern to Clients wanting their roofs cleaned… such as: –
- how this can be achieved safely, without damage to either the surface or from water
penetration or indeed, from novice operators breaking tiles - can minor repairs be effected in a timely manner

We hold High Risk Licences, Safe Work at Heights Certification, Confined Spaces Certification, QBCC Licences for Roof Painting & Tile Maintenance, Painting & Decorating, plus lndustry Authorities for Traffic Control and we track our Occupational Health & Safety Equipment to ensure it’s compliant with the relevant Australian Standards.
